The challenge

What they needed

Car dealerships run on a lot of moving parts: leads coming in from walk-ins, phone calls and the website, vehicles to appraise and price, and deals with fees, trade-ins, rebates and financing terms to work out.

LeadHound needed to bring all of that into a single platform, so sales staff and managers could move a customer from first contact to a signed deal without switching tools, and see how the dealership is performing along the way.

What we built

Inside the platform

01

Deal pipeline

Every lead on one board, from new lead through contact, appointment and showroom visit. Sales staff can see which customers need a follow-up and what vehicle each one is interested in.

02

Deal desk

Structure a deal on one screen: selling price, fees, trade-in equity, rebates and payment terms, with payments and amount financed calculated as you go. When it's ready, print the bill of sale.

03

Trade-in appraisals

Record a trade-in's details, reconditioning and other costs, and compare it against the local market to set an appraised value and asking price.

04

Sales reporting

Reports for every part of the dealership: lead sources, pipeline and follow-up, sales team, deals and F&I, inventory, appraisals and deal structure. Each one filters by date range and can compare periods.
